posted Feb 18, 2015, 12:03 PM by Christopher Donovan
On February 3rd, 2015, Central, Memorial, and West High School joined four other New Hampshire high schools in achieving the NATA (National Athletic Trainers Association) Safe Sports School award.  The award recognizes secondary schools that have gone "above and beyond" to help ensure the safety of our student athletes.  Criteria for the award includes established emergency action plans, proper space for injury evaluations, appropriate field safety, and ACT staff for each of the existing high schools.  The school district would like to acknowledge NHMI/Safe Sports, of Manchester, for their role in achieving this recognition, and their continued service and medical attention to our athletic programs.
